Who Can Apply For A Trade Account?
Trade accounts are available to qualified:
✔ Hair Extension Technicians
✔ Hairdressers
✔ Salons
✔ Training Academies
✔ Industry Professionals
To apply, complete our Trade Account Application form and upload your qualification certificate for review. We accept accredited qualifications approved by HABIA, BABTAC, City & Guilds and other recognised industry training providers.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, your account will be activated for trade access and you will receive confirmation by email.
Trade discounts are applied automatically when logged into an approved trade account and can only be redeemed online via your registered account. Please note that trade pricing is not available retrospectively and cannot be applied to standard retail purchases.
As part of our trade policy, customers located within a 10-mile radius of our Metrocentre salon location are not eligible for trade discount pricing due to the close proximity to our salon operations. These customers are still very welcome to purchase through our website at standard retail pricing.
Please note that trade account approval does not include credit facilities, as all orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Approved trade accounts receive 10% trade discount, with 15% reserved exclusively for professionals who have trained with Foxy Academy.
