Who Can Apply For A Trade Account?
Trade accounts are available to qualified:
✔ Hair Extension Technicians
✔ Hairdressers

✔ Training Academies
✔ Industry Professionals
To apply, complete our Trade Account Application form and upload your qualification certificate for review. We accept accredited qualifications approved by HABIA, BABTAC, City & Guilds and other recognised industry training providers.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, your account will be activated for trade access and you will receive confirmation by email.
Trade pricing is applied automatically when logged into an approved trade account and can only be redeemed online via your registered account. Trade pricing is not available retrospectively and cannot be applied to standard retail purchases.
As part of our trade policy, customers located within a 10-mile radius of our Metrocentre salon location are not eligible for trade pricing due to the close proximity to our salon operations. These customers are still very welcome to purchase through our website at standard retail pricing.
Please note that trade account approval does not include credit facilities, as all orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Our professional hair extension ranges are already priced competitively to offer excellent value without inflated RRPs. Approved trade customers receive additional preferential pricing when shopping through their trade account.
