We have the following delivery options for you to choose from

COLLECTION – Collect in person from Upper Red Mall, Metrocentre, Gateshead, NE11 9YP during our trade opening hours with are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm. Please ensure you allow at least 1hr after the time of ordering so we can package up your order. £FREE
Delivery
Our daily cut off point for orders being dispatched the same day is 1pm. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Orders
We use DPD and Royal Mail for all deliveries. Both services are fully tracked, and you will receive tracking details along with regular delivery updates via email and/or text directly from the courier.
Please note that if you choose to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at your own risk. Once delivery instructions have been provided directly to the courier, Foxy Hair Extensions cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or missing parcels, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these circumstances.
Next Day Delivery services are provided as an estimated delivery timeframe only and are not guaranteed.*
Collection Orders
Orders selected for collection must be collected during our designated trade opening hours only, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Please wait for your ‘ready for collection’ email to arrive before attending for collection. This ensures that our team has enough time to prepare and package your items.
Orders cannot be collected outside of these hours, including evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that our trade collection hours differ from the Metrocentre retail opening hours.
