We are very sorry to hear if you've experienced a problem with our hair. Please complete the form below and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note.  We are only able to look at any faults or issues whereby the guarantee on the hair has been activated.  The guarantee is activated upon purchase of an Essential Aftercare Pack at the time of the order being placed, or the purchase being made within 3 days.

We only recommend Foxy Hair Aftercare Products. We cannot guarantee the quality of Foxy Hair Extensions if other aftercare products are used.  Hair Extensions not accompanied by the Essential Aftercare Pack will not be applicable for a return for testing.

All concerns must be reported to us immediately and within the timeframe of the guarantee period.  A sample of the extensions must be returned back to us with 10 days of confirmation that we are able to perform testing.

Any hair returned back to us without a guarantee or not within the timeframe set out above will be returned without testing.

Please ensure the person filling out the form is the account holder and the person who ordered the hair extensions.  If you are the wearer please consult your stylist or salon to complete the hair concerns procedure on your behalf.
